Featuring an explosive rock score by celebrated composer Jason Robert Brown (Parade, The Last Five Years, Songs For A New World) and performed by an astonishing cast of young actors, 13 is a grown-up story about growing up.
Evan Goldman has it all: He's popular, has the "perfect" family and lives in the world’s greatest city — New York. When his parents get divorced, he's forced to move with his Mom…to Indiana. Uprooted from his old life, he must maneuver his way through the minefield of high school to become part of the in crowd. 13 is a high-energy musical about growing up, dealing with change and learning that becoming who you want to be starts with discovering who you are.

about the company
Jodie Langel is the Executive Director of Off-Glades Theatre Company, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation, which was launched in 2022 to promote and produce musical theatre in South Florida for the cultural development of kids in the performing art. "13" is Off-Glades' inaugural production.
Jodie is a Broadway Actress, Author, Renowned Teacher and Coach. Her Broadway/Broadway National Tour Credits include “Les Miserables” (Cosette), "Joseph...Dreamcoat" (Narrator), "CATS"(Grizabella) to include many regional and local performances. Jodie received her B.F.A from NYU’s prestigious Tisch School of the Arts and her Masters Degree in Acting from U.C.L.A. Jodie is a vocal coach with her studio, Jodie Langel Vocal and Acting Studio located in Boca Raton, Florida. Jodie is also popular with her teaching videos on TikTok (@jodielangel) with almost 900,000 followers.
